
Gulf Property Show 2018: a look on the event’s most recognized participations
As one of the most dynamic property markets in the entire Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, the annual property expos which the Kingdom of Bahrain hosts attract the attention of the major key players, investors and real estate developers not only in the region, but around the globe as well. Among these shows, Gulf Property Show stands out as one of the most regionally awaited events in the real estate industry, and its latest edition was a living proof of that.
A 4-day long exhibition, the winter edition of this year’s Gulf Property Show has been hosted from the 21st till the 24th of November at The Avenues while the summer edition took place back in April.
Gulf Property Show has become known as the primary platform of choice for many of the real estate developers and homebuyers who seek an opportunity to buy properties in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
As a result of that, the event witnessed the participation of multiple major names in the industry. Here, we take a closer look upon the most recognizable participations of Gulf Property Show 2018:
- Golden Gate Towers:
A twin-tower residential project in the prosperous destination of Bahrain Bay, Golden Gate Towers is developed by an eponymous joint venture between Kooheji Golden Gate and two India-based groups, Mayar Housing and Ajmera Realty Group.
Upon their completion, the twin towers will be the tallest residential towers in all of the Kingdom of Bahrain. One of the towers will comprise 53 stories and the other will comprise 45 stories, both built over a site that spans over 140,000 square meters of land. The tower will include a total of 746 variant apartments, ranging between studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three bed-room apartments, all of which will provide their owners with spectacular views of the water and the bay area. The units were offered at prices that start from 45,000 BHD.
In addition to the residential units, the towers will feature a number of upscale amenities and facilities that include a home theater and a business center. - Hidd Heights:
Developed by Bin Faqeeh, the leading Bahrain-based property developer, Hidd Heights is a luxurious residential tower situated in a unique location between Prince Khalifa Bin Salman Causeway and the bay in Muharraq island. The tower consists of 13 stories which include 189 residential units varying between studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments with a study room and two-bedroom apartments.
Also, the tower will include several key amenities that include separate gyms for men and women, a private cinema, a swimming pool, arcade room, outdoor playground and a nursery.
- Sazlibosna:
Developed by the Bahrain-based Milestone Properties, this project is situated in Istanbul, Turkey, but it has grown a significant sensation during the event. Sazibosna is Located in the European side of the Turkish capital, and it offers stunning views of Sazibosna Lake and Istanbul Canal. In addition to that, the tower grants its residents quick access to multiple key destinations in the area like traditional Turkish baths, shopping malls, and medical centers.
